Refund policy
At Fietti, we are committed to providing high-quality pieces that you will love. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to offer you a hassle-free experience while keeping things fair.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Change of Mind: If you decide the item isn't for you, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping
If you are returning the item due to personal preference or because it didn’t meet your expectations, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways (to and from our store).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@fietti.com.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance, final sale, personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned.
