Order Processing

 Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. However, during busy times, such as holidays or special sales, processing delays may occur. You’ll receive an email with a notification and tracking number once it’s been processed.

After your order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us with your name and order number, and a Customer Care representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99.

Shipping prices will be calculated during checkout and will depend on your location and the quantity of items in your order.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Ground: 3-6 business days

  • Second Day: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight: 1-2 business days

Please be aware that the estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.

We work with multiple carriers to ship orders. Please refer to your shipment confirmation email to see which carrier is handling your delivery.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time and only ship within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or any international destinations at this time.

Freight Forwarding Services

Fietti is not liable for lost or stolen packages sent to a freight forwarding service. If you choose to use such a service, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur to your shipment. We do not provide replacements or refunds for orders reported missing or damaged if we reasonably believe they were delivered to the facility. Any order sent to a freight forwarding service is at your own risk.
